3:35 Second Breakout Room Session Directions

Directions for breakout rooms

1. You will be randomly placed in a groups of 3 or 4 presenters.  There may also be additional guest or facilitators.

2. When you arrive in your breakout room, please:

1. 1. 1. 1. 1. Identify the presenters and a volunteer to go first
            2. Take turns introducing yourselves and giving a 3 min summary of your portfolio or poster - elevator speech style
            3. Be sure to screen share your portfolio or poster

 

You will get reminders to switch presenters when there is 5 min remaining

 

Additional moment of chaos:

• Because the breakout rooms are randomly assigned you may arrive in a room with someone you have previously presented with.

• If this happens please have one of you return to the main room and we will reassign you to a different breakout room.
